Being a first time mum I never realised baby’s sleep can be so challenging! Up until my son was 3/4 months, he would always wake up every 2-3 hours during the night, 4 if I am lucky, sometimes for a feed but mostly he would wake for no reason. Hebe worked closely with me and created a unique routine based on my son’s and our family’s needs. She asked specific questions about my son’s behaviour on specific situations which allowed her to tweak the routine to better suit his age and development. She also recommended some gentle sleep techniques which my son responded really well to. After just a couple of weeks he showed significant improvement with his sleep and he was just generally a happier baby. Now at 6 months my little one is sleeping 10-11 hours a night with only one wake for a feed. He falls asleep indefinitely and he is taking all his milk without any fights!
Hebe was one of the most patient person I have never met! She was professional and calm, she actively listened to me and guided me every step of the way during this anxious newborn and infant period. On top of practical advice she also provided me with a lot of emotional support; it was so reassuring to know that there’s someone I could turn to when I needed a break!
