Delivery: Our service is not a physical product, and there will be no shipping involved. Our sleep training service will be provided directly to you.

Refunds: Due to the nature of our infant sleep training service, we do not offer refunds once the service has started. However, if you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us to discuss any issues you may have, and we will do our best to resolve them to your satisfaction. If there are extenuating circumstances that prevent us from providing our service, we will issue a full refund.
